Randall Dodd founded and served as the Director for the Financial Policy Forum in Washington, DC. The Financial Policy Forum was created to improve the public policy debate over financial and economic policy by conducting research into financial markets, their impact on the economy and the proper level of regulation and taxation of those markets. He received a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University, where he specialized in international trade and finance. He has taught at both Columbia and Johns Hopkins Universities. He was the economic advisor for Congressman Dave Obey and Legislative Director for Congressman Joe Kennedy.
